Thursday 24 September, Stand Up To Cancer with The Dirty Grind


The Dirty Grind Independent Artist Community and our family of artists are standing with musicians, doctors, volunteers and venues to find a cancer during all shows during this two week event. • 3 Beth Odets •

Beth Odets is a classically trained concert violinist who threw it all away to become the greatest itinerant fiddlist in Second Life. "I just try not make it sound like cats having sex" -Beth Odets

• 4 Larree Quixote •
Larree Quixote performs high energy acoustic music 100% live with no backing tracks. His extensive repertoire includes original songs and a wide variety of covers plus many instrumental improvisations.

• 5 The Matthew Show •

Matthew takes an irreverent look at everyday life and writes songs about it, or finds ones that say what he wants to say.

• 6 Effinjay •

Frogg was a vocal jazz minor at college, while Jay studied piano for 14 years, and together as singer/songwriters they have produced a comprehensive range of heartfelt and memorable melodies and poetically lyrical songs.

• 7 Benski Korhonen •

Benski performs a wide variety of music in many styles, including ragtime, classic rock, oldies, and originals! He loves to sing and play the piano and ukulele as a solo act and with his brother as the ragtime duo known as "The Frytown Toughs".
